Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for this resort, but it unfortunately fell short in numerous areas. The location is perfect, just steps from a quieter section of the beach, and the staff did their best despite some serious shortcomings in management and amenities. The rooms and facilities need major updates, and the dining options were lacking. Given the price, I expected much better overall, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.
The hotel has a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff and a great location near the beach. However, the dining experience was not the best and the rooms could use a bit of updating. The internet connection is pretty disappointing and the overall value for money isn't ideal given the condition of the property.
My stay was quite disappointing overall. The hotel has a great location near the beach, but the accommodations left a lot to be desired. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a plus, but the issues with the room and facilities made it hard to enjoy my time there. I would recommend looking for other options if you're traveling with family.
My stay was decent overall, but we experienced a night without electricity and water due to a typhoon. The family room was spacious for three, close to the beach and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for budget travelers. However, the interiors and amenities could use some upgrades. While the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the transportation service provided was quite inefficient.
My stay at the hotel was truly disappointing. The rooms were outdated and had some issues, and while the service staff were friendly, the overall experience felt lacking. The location was decent, close to the beach, but the dining options left much to be desired. I expected more for the price I paid.
